Tdg offers expertise in sourcing, manufacturing and merchandising in the textile industry through its partnerships and manufacturers with a wide range of resources, techniques and experience.
Tdg's qualified services features from designing and managing manufacturing operations, quality control throughout all textile production processes to final delivery to give complete customer satisfaction.
For production, our creative design team follows and researches the latest trends, fabrics, accessories and other textile materials for efficient trend forecasting. Every product is tailor-made to customers’ specs, meeting the challenge of consistent performance.
Tdg's approach is to evaluate and implement every step from the customer’s point of view to satisfy a high level of service according to the different requirements, needs and expectations.
MERCHANDISING AND QUALITY CONTROL
Experienced merchandisers with fashion sourcing expertise monitor the business and communication between clients, POPs, designers and quality controllers and also spend considerable time on the design development process. Tdg works both as fully factored POPs and on CMT basis using designer’s fabrics.
Quality controllers perform all required in-line and final inspections up until shipment. AQL standards are strictly followed during all inspections. Inspection results are reported to the client to offer a total transparency.
ORDER TRACKING AND SOCIAL COMPLIANCE
Online tracking tool and critical path system are used to identify potential delays and to control the process-on-time delivered complete high performance. Professional order tracking programs are used to document all processes.
We aim to turn the principles of social compliance into a corporate culture. Therefore social compliance standards are applied within POPs. The POPs are guided, trained, evaluated and audited in accordance with social (such as BSCI, Sedex, etc.) and ecological (such as CPI2 , etc. ) standards of clients.
Tdg (Textile Design Global) Sourcing UK LLP was incorporated in 2016 as a Limited Liability Partnership in England & Wales with number OC414584.
The LLP is registered at HM Revenue & Customs with Tax Reference number 24620 84705. The Value Added Tax Number of Tdg is GB 264 5657 76.
The LLP has two members, the Bath Administration UK Ltd with company number 7495819 and the Bath Directors UK Limited with company number 8944071. Both member companies are located at Second Floor, 36 Gay Street, Bath, England, BA1 2NT.
Tdg Sourcing UK LLP operates in Istanbul a Liaison Office since June 2018.
